We gather all the necessary information from you, including your fitness goals, available equipment, workout experience, lifestyle, and more, to ensure that your training plan meets your specific needs and goals.

Custom Nutrition Guide & 7-Day Meal Plan

Get all the tools and information that is needed to look and feel the way you have always wanted!

Your nutrition guide and meal plan will take out all the guesswork for you!  We will provide you the 2 most important numbers you need, which are total calories per day and macronutrient percentages to follow.  In other words, you will know exactly how much protein, fat, and carbohydrates to consume each day.

Additionally, you will be provided a 7 day sample meal plan that matches your specific numbers!  It couldn’t be easier to follow. Your nutrition guide also includes an extensive whole-food list, with full nutritional information, as well as tips on how to….build your own meal plan, choose the right protein, eat on budget, and so much more!  You will have many options and won’t feel too restricted with what you can eat.

We gather all the necessary information from you, and use a detailed 4-step process to ensure that your nutrition guide and meal plan meet your needs and goals.
STEP 1 – Establish BMR

Your Basil Metabolic Rate (BMR) is the amount of calories your body burns at a resting state.  Factors that affect BMR include sex, age, weight, and height.

Step 3 – Estimate Caloric Intake

Based on your fitness goals alone, your estimated caloric intake can now be calculated.  To lose weight, there needs to be a total caloric deficit. To gain weight, there needs to be total caloric surplus.  To maintain weight, your caloric intake needs to match your caloric expenditure.

Step 2 – Estimate Caloric Expenditure

BMR is the basis, but since you are not sitting at home all day, physical activity and exercise need to be accounted for.

Step 4 – Calculate Macronutrient Percentage

The 3 macronutrients that all foods are composed of are Fats, Carbohydrates  and Protein. The main 2 factors that determine your macronutrient percentage breakdown are your body type and fitness goals.

Get answers to any questions that may come up along the way to help you stay on track. You will be able to track all workouts, body stats, and photos, so your trainer can evaluate your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
