Whether you want to lose body fat or gain muscle, your training plan is created based on your specific needs and goals.

  • Video demonstrations and instructions with every exercise
  • Structured weekly calendar layout
  • Specific directions for correct # of reps, sets, and rest

Custom Nutrition Plans

We take the guesswork out by providing you your own custom nutrition guide and 3-day meal plan.

You will know exactly what and how much you need to eat! Meal plans are tailored to your specific food preferences and fitness goals. Studies show that people are much more likely to stick to a 3-day meal plan, as opposed to a 7-day meal plan. One habit that most healthy people share is that they eat similar foods often. The 3-day meal plan will make grocery shopping easier and cheaper, and will give you the ability to prep your food in advance, which will go a long way in helping you stick to your plan!

Either simply repeat the 3-day meal plan cycle, or add in your own day by following your nutrition guide.

1-on-1 Coaching with Rojo Fitness

An open line of communication with your trainer will provide you the ultimate guidance and accountability.

Get answers to any questions that may come up along the way to help you stay on track. You will be able to track all workouts, body stats, and photos, so your trainer can evaluate your progress and make any necessary adjustments. The knowledge that you will gain alone will make online fitness coaching worth it!
