Fitness Coaching

Get the knowledge and confidence it takes to crush your workouts and get the results you have always wanted!

You will get your own personalized training plan that is created based on your specific needs and goals. Your coach will gather all the necessary information from you, including your fitness goals, available equipment, workout experience, lifestyle, and more, during an initial facetime consultation. Feedback and evaluations will be made during weekly check-ins to help with any modifications or adjustments that need to be made to your training plan to ensure continued success!

Included in the Training Plan:

  • 24/7 access through our mobile app
  • Video demonstrations and instructions with every exercise
  • Specific directions for sets, reps, and rest
  • Newly progressed workouts added each month
  • Structured workout layout
  • Fitness assessment/testing
  • Proper progressions made to your plan when necessary

Your training plan is completely tailored to your environment. Whether you’re working out at a gym, at home, or are traveling, your coach will tailor your program for exactly where you’re at and what you have available!

Nutrition Coaching

Learn what it takes to have a healthy, well-balanced diet, while looking and feeling the way you want!

You will be provided all the necessary information you need to follow, while learning sustainable eating habits that will help you stay on track. Weekly check-ins will help you learn more about healthy nutrition, while giving you answers to questions that may come up. Our fitness app syncs directly with MyFitnessPal, so your coach will be able to monitor nutrition intake and give necessary feedback.

Additionally, you will be provided with a custom nutrition guide, and a 7-day sample meal plan that matches your total calories and macronutrients. Your nutrition guide includes helpful tips such as how to choose the right protein powder, why you should meal prep, eating on a budget, and much more. Your coach uses a 4-step scientific approach to ensure that your nutrition guide and sample meal plan meet your needs.

Support and Accountability

Get the ultimate guidance and accountability by having a 1-on-1 certified fitness coach!

An initial facetime consultation will help you get to know your coach personally, and ensure that you are started on the right foot! Weekly check-ins, unlimited in-app messaging, and more will give you answers to any questions that may come up along the way and help you stay on track! Track body stats, such as body fat%, measurements, etc. You will be able to track all workouts and body stats so your trainer can evaluate your progress and make any necessary adjustments.

No. While standard gym equipment (free weights, cable weights, machines, etc.) is recommended, your workouts are built with what you have!

If I’m a beginner, should I start with the Personal Fitness Guide or 1-on-1 Coaching?

It depends, but most people start with the fitness guide. You can always upgrade/downgrade if you feel the need.

What’s the difference between the Personal Fitness Guide and 1-on-1 Coaching?

With the 1-on-1 Fitness Coaching, you get everything that’s included with the Personal Fitness Guide, but you have your own certified fitness coach. FaceTime consultations and weekly check-ins provide extra support and accountability.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Your fitness guide is billed on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel at any time; just give us 24-hour notice before your next bill date.

Can I switch packages?

Absolutely. Just let us know if you want to change packages!
